Based on product availability and the delivery address, we generally ship from one warehouse:

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing most orders. For presale orders / backorder items, please allow 7-10 business days for processing around the expected ship date.
Delivery times published by the shipping services are approximate, and some orders take longer to be delivered. Your patience is appreciated!
Please be sure to provide a secure shipping address as there is no guarantee against theft after delivery.
Please note we cannot ship to third-party freight forwarders. All orders shipped to a known freight forwarder may be canceled without notice.
At checkout you will have the option of selecting from some, or all, of the following classes of service, depending on availability and delivery address:

If "Standard Shipping (Tracked)" service is selected, orders will ship using one of the following US domestic mail classes, depending on the shipping address and package size/weight. The specific mail class and applicable tracking information will be provided as soon as possible after your order has been processed.
USPS
1) First-Class Package Service: this is the least-expensive shipping option for orders that weigh up to 1 pound. This service comes with a Tracking Number. Delivery time is typically 1-5 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer. This service is not insured or guaranteed.
2) Priority Mail: Includes USPS Tracking and up to $50 of insurance with most shipments. Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer.
3) Priority Mail Express: this is the fastest service available. Includes USPS Tracking and up to $100 of insurance with most shipments. Delivery time is typically 1 - 2 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders) to most US locations, but in some cases may take longer.
4) Media Mail (Physical Music and Books ONLY): this is the most cost-effective shipping option for heavier music and book orders. This service comes with a Tracking Number. Delivery time is typically 2-8 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer. Please note that all purchases made with Media Mail service are subject to inspection by the USPS and cannot be guaranteed against damage or loss. While shipping issues (loss, damage) are rare with all USPS services, if you are a collector we recommend shipping with priority mail class or express service. This service is not insured or guaranteed.
Pre-sale postal delay: Please note that pre-sale or backorder Media Mail shipments can sometimes take significantly longer than other mail classes for USPS to process. When many packages are received by USPS in one batch, their daily processing prioritizes the other mail classes (e.g. Priority Mail), while, if there are backlogs, it can take them many days or even weeks to process all of the Media Mail and for tracking to update. If you'd like to receive a pre-order/backorder music product as quickly as possible after shipment, we recommend selecting a higher class mail service.
UPS
1) UPS® Ground: Packages are typically delivered within 1-6 business days, depending on location (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but can sometimes take longer. This service comes with a Tracking Number. Please note - UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a valid street address only.
2) UPS 2nd Day Air®: Packages are typically delivered in 2 business days, depending on location (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but can sometimes take longer. This service comes with a Tracking Number. Please note - UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a valid street address only.
Products shipped from the United States to customers outside of the United States:
Please note that for these International Orders you will be responsible for any additional customs taxes or tariffs as applicable to your country, at the time of delivery.

Please allow an additional 2-3 days above processing time for your order to be transported from our warehouse to the Asendia shipping hub.
1) Globegistics eCom Priority CN22: this is the least expensive parcel service available for small parcels up to 4.4lbs. General tracking is provided in most cases but for many countries is limited (not end-to-end tracking). Delivery time, which is not guaranteed, varies by destination and is typically 10-25 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer. This service is not insured or guaranteed.
2) Globegistics eCom DelCon CN22: this is the fastest and most reliable Asendia service that includes a Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation. Delivery is typically 6-15 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer. This service is not insured or guaranteed.
About: Asendia collects mail and parcels, consolidates them, processes them, manages customs clearance, and then hands them over to carefully chosen final-mile delivery partners in each country. Final-mile partners are a mix of national postal operators, alternative delivery providers and commercial parcel companies. Each one is chosen because they offer the best balance of price, reliability and features.

1) First-Class Package International Service®: this is the most affordable USPS international service for small packages. You can send anything up to 4 lbs. Delivery time, which is not guaranteed, varies by destination. General tracking is provided in most cases but for many countries is limited (not end-to-end tracking). Delivery time, which is not guaranteed, varies by destination and is typically 10-25 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer. This service is not insured or guaranteed.
2) Priority Mail International® (by request): this service is used for packages weighing up to 70 pounds. This service includes a Tracking Number. Delivery is typically 6-10 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer.
3) Priority Mail Express International® (by request): this is the fastest and most reliable service that includes a Tracking Number. Delivery is typically 3-5 business days (plus 1-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer.
Please note that some customers in South America, Asia, Africa, and parts of Europe may only be offered the option of Priority Mail Express International due to problems experienced with local delivery service.
